Amazing inspector! I really liked his sample report, but the one we got for our home was even better. He is very through, and provides so much information about your home. Also extremely responsive. You can definitely trust Brett with your inspection needs. He took an unbelievable amount of photos and was very through where you want him to be. Brett found multiple issues with the attic, roof, and AC on our new construction that the builder missed, and we would not notice otherwise.
