When I expressed hesitation about purchasing based on the inspection, he gave me a realistic assessment of the home, and the number of findings that were simple fixes. It was SO helpful. Recently we did independent home inspection from Atchinson Home Inspection and I am thankful to Brett and Rebecca for transparency in terms of what I was getting for the price paid. Brett was on time and his report was detailed with pictures and some of the points he identified was really useful which I could have not identified. I would highly recommended.
