A graduate from Texas Tech’s College of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural Design, Brett has worked in the architecture field for over 20 years. While working for some of the top firms in California, Texas and New Mexico, he has designed and managed numerous commercial and residential projects from conceptual design through to construction. His vast knowledge of building systems and construction details gives him a unique perspective when it comes to inspecting a residence.
