Recently we did independent home inspection from Atchinson Home Inspection and I am thankful to Brett and Rebecca for transparency in terms of what I was getting for the price paid. Brett was on time and his report was detailed with pictures and some of the points he identified was really useful which I could have not identified. I would highly recommended.

Atchison carried out an 11th month inspection for our home in Frisco, TX. The inspector was thorough, knowledgeable and pointed out things that we didn't even know existed in the house. Absolutely well worth every penny. The office lady who contact was caring and attentive to every need for us, specially understanding that we were new at this.

Used Atchison Home Inspections for a Roof Only Inspection. Rebecca was helpful in scheduling an appointment for the following day.Brett arrived on time and got right to work. He walked part of the roof and droned the steep areas. He answered our questions and gave us a summary of what he found before he left.We received the inspection report that same evening.
